Hi, I'm Pradhan.
I'm a generalist engineer. Trained as an electrical engineer with a double master's in autonomous systems, I've worked across hardware, product, finance and now AI. I have a formal grounding in mathematics, physics and computer science, with a decade of startup xp across diverse applied fields. More than anything, I enjoy solving complex problems and am driven by novelty, autonomy and tangible results.
Now
I'm Head of Engineering at Predli. The role spans strategy, product roadmaps, client calls, working with researchers, steering my team, and designing, building and productionalising systems end to end. For the past two years we've worked extensively with and on multi-agent systems for enterprises:
- Predli Studio - a white-labelled product with domain-specific agents, deliberately specialised and bespoke, that go up against SOTA architectures on NL2SQL, retrieval and robust agentic workflows with advanced cognitive engineering. Subset of client deployments: Lexnova, Tyrens, Soya Group Wallenius Water.
- An OSS agentic dev system that now builds much of the other tech we ship to clients.
- A bespoke approach to multi-agent evaluation and task space optimisation using BOGP. Whitepaper here.
I have mostly worked with VCs, managing anywhere from a few million to a billion dollars in assets, and enterprises where the tech has added value for tens of thousands of users. Some of what I've led:
- OMVC: a deal-sourcing system that sources signals, extracts entities, then filters and ranks them against a historical investment thesis.
- Nine Yards Equity: a dashboard tracking 250+ metrics across 500 cryptocurrencies to guide a few million dollars of strategic investment.
- Technical advisor on several due diligences for funding-stage startups, including Intentt, Hamina and others.
Before
- MasterExchange: full-stack engineer on a music-royalties platform for retail investors. I worked across the whole stack, infrastructure, trading architecture and market-making strategies.
- SignEasy: product design and frontend in India. I started in marketing and design, then pivoted into product engineering.
- Desiadda: a startup I co-founded, where I served as CTO and we built an online marketplace for Indian artists and handicrafts. That meant everything, from designing posters and building the website to client meetings and customer deliveries.
Other stuff
- I've sketched all my life; lately it's gone digital - way too minimal (algorithmic, generative art) and way too generative (its interactive version).
- Building a tech studio, Codename, on the side.
- Off-screen: Currently based in Nice, France. Usually outdoors by the beach or on a bike ride, or in the kitchen running "experiments" that don't always work out.
Misc work:
- Researched misinformation penetration in social media; benchmarked DNA sequence alignment algorithms; won hackathons in Sthlm, pitched to incubators, and built prototypes for startups.
- Built neural-net-controlled myoelectric prostheses; worked on chaos-based cryptosystems and time-series modelling; ran simulations, led propulsion design and fabricated RC aircraft for competitive payload-factor optimisation.
- Head of Engineering at Predli: strategy, product, and building multi-agent systems for enterprises end to end.
- Predli Studio: domain-specific agents that take on SOTA architectures (NL2SQL, retrieval, agentic workflows), a BOGP approach to multi-agent evaluation (whitepaper), and an OSS agentic dev system.
- Clients are VCs (a few million to a billion in assets) and enterprises reaching tens of thousands of users; led OMVC's deal-sourcing system and Nine Yards Equity's crypto dashboard; technical advisor on startup due diligences.
- Before Predli: full-stack at MasterExchange (music royalties), product and frontend at SignEasy, and CTO of my own startup Desiadda.
- Earlier: myoelectric prostheses, chaos-based cryptosystems, misinformation research, RC aircraft propulsion, hackathons and prototypes.
- Otherwise: algorithmic art (way too minimal, way too generative), building a studio (Codename), based in Nice, and outdoors or cooking when off-screen.
